Pancakes for Non-gluten diets
To make gluten-free pancakes in a small recreational vehicle kitchen I use a box mix. Making it from scratch can be a messy job as in most recipes many flours are used. I like to use an electric frying pan with an extension cord for cooking on the picnic table outside whenever the weather is nice. The electric frying pan is portable, easy to clean and store.
Be sure to check all gluten ingredients in food - even candy. I bought some chocolates (bulk) and had a problem.
