Santa Fe Spice Rub

This is adapted from a wonderful line of spice rubs from North of the Border spice company in Tesuque, New Mexico. Play with the recipe and make it your own.

Ingredients

 1 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Red Chile
 1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 1 teaspoon onion powder
 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Directions

Mix together and pat into any meat you want to grill. It is great on ribs, steak and chicken.
